Qualification:
- University degree in the field of computer science
Experience:
- 3 years’ work experience in Server Virtualisation technology
- Advanced working knowledge of Current VMware vSphere, Horizon and VCF.
- Windows operating systems and associated components with proficiency in installation, maintenance, and operational support in large scale enterprise environments.
- Advanced working knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems and associated components with proficiency in installation, maintenance, and operational support in large scale enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP.
- Working knowledge of networking troubleshooting (Wireshark, Nirsoft, etc…) and best practices.
- Understanding of networking and IT Security technologies viz. Switches, Routers and Firewalls.
Skills:
- Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct research into Windows issues and products as required.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.

Technical Skills: • Should also have at least a basic understanding of these technical skills: o Automation o Collaboration o Data management o Reports and dashboards o CRM o AppExchange o Platform o Sales and marketing • Understanding of agile scrum methodology/principles. • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Personal characteristics • Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills and should be able to interact independently and manage project stakeholders. • Excellent analytical and documentation skills. • Self-driven high performer with a good knowledge of IT concepts and terminologies • Positive, collaborative, solution-oriented attitude with an attention to detail.
