Be part of the Solution Engineering team which focusses on providing technical support and product expertise to our customers. You will be required to deliver product demonstrations, answer technical questions and offer technical advice to mid-market and enterprise customers, and support these customers in their implementation of TeamViewer solutions and services.

• Provide support and advice to enterprise customers in the pre-sales, sales and implementation phases
• Partner with the Enterprise Sales team by providing technical advice and feedback to help secure sales and meet our customer needs
• Deliver demonstrations of TeamViewer solutions to customers, conduct training courses and deliver professional services
• Work closely with TeamViewer development teams to assess and implement specific customer requests
• Prepare responses to questionnaires and tenders from customers, working closely with development and product management teams to ensure that technical requirements are covered
• Represent TeamViewer at international events
• Be responsible for the technical aspects of mid-market and enterprise projects

• Degree in computer science, information systems, applied computer science or a similar education in an IT related field or equivalent work experience in similar role
• 3+ years work experience in technical support, pre-sales engineering, IT administration or similar
• Experience in the following topics: augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, computer networking, operating systems, mobile devices, project management and process management
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
• In-depth market and IT industry knowledge, up-to-date with industry trends and experience in an international environment
• Up-to-date with current IT industry trends and education
• You are passionate, self-motivated, and able to learn quickly
• Experience working with TeamViewer software products in a professional work environment is a plus
