1. JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for performing day to day general ledger accounting, reconciliation of general ledger accounts and maintaining clean general ledger accounts.

2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE

· B. Com/ CA Inter with MS office skills.

· Good communication skills in English & Hindi

· 5+ years of minimum experience in the same role.

3. COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Internally with accountants, sales & procurement team, credit control department & externally with different stakeholders

4. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS

· Maintaining books of accounts of NRGGT, a sister concern, closing of book of accounts, reporting etc.

· Review of general ledger accounts to ensure that ledger balances are reflecting correct picture

· Preparation of various schedules/workings for month end closing of books

· Preparation of various month end reports required for monthly management meeting

· Preparation of adhoc reports as required by Deputy Manager Finance/Finance Manager

· Support to cashier, AR, Claim & general accountants in day to day accounting

· Supporting to Deputy Manager Finance in implementing process changes if any related to AR, cash/bank, staff & petty cash advances for the betterment of the company

· Assist Finance Manager in month end closing & reporting activities

· Cash in Hand Reconciliation & cleaning of AR Clearing account on weekly basis

· Assisting on VAT related queries & implementing controls

5. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

· Job location might change based on business requirement. Job holder may be relocated to any office or department.

· The working environment is physically demanding of time such as working long hours, working on
weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
