Positions Available:
Farm Workers
Responsibilities include planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
Prior farming experience preferred but not required.
Machine Operators
Operate and maintain agricultural machinery.
Experience with farm equipment is an advantage.
Quality Control Inspectors
Ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.
Attention to detail and knowledge of quality standards required.
Warehouse Staff
Manage inventory, packing, and distribution of products.
Experience in warehousing is a plus.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (for some positions).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Good communication skills.
Team player mentality.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
