The House Manager is responsible in running smoothly the house of the Management Executive. The duties will include planning for the following but not limited to: grocery shopping, laundry, running day-to-day errands, cleaning, making appointments, coordinating travel, handling household billing and maintaining real estate properties.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage budget of the household.
· Maintain the financial records of the household.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety within the private estate.
· Stock-taking and re-stocking.
· Handling administration and paperwork.
· Processing the enhancement of running the household.
· Develop and maintain secure storage vault and inventory of contents.
· Managing private events in the household.
· Maintaining household petty cash accounts.
· Make shopping lists to maintain necessities.
· Recognize susceptibilities and bring to the attention of employer of security consultants.
· Assure nothing is removed without the Management Executive’s approval.
Secondary Responsibilities:
· Overseeing, recruiting and training of household employees.
· Plan and solve estate issues.
· Placing orders and handling guest requests.
· Perform all different miscellaneous tasks as requested by the Managing Executive.
· Interview household employee candidates.
· Make travel vacation and lodging arrangements.
· Schedule an appointment and manage the calendar
Job Qualifications:
· Secondary or High School Graduate.
· Experience in handling private estate and/or household.
· Experience in Hospitality.
· Stakeholder relationship management.
· Knowledgeable about confidentiality agreements: formal or informal.
· Trustworthy and Attention to details.
· Leadership & Organizational skills
