The Role
On behalf of our client, an insurance broker, Swisslinx Middle East is currently seeking an Events, Office & Facilities Manager to join them in their offices in Dubai. Responsibilities: – Maintain an inventory across UAE offices on all office assets and other belongings – Develop and implement administrative process, including record management, knowledge products and other resources are properly maintained. – Manage a team to ensure office supplies including stationary, brochures, flyers and gift items are maintained – Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring and ensuring all SLA are up to date – Present proposals and agreements’ preparation for new vendors and suppliers

Requirements
Requirements: – A bachelor’s degree in business, communication, business management or any related discipline – 3- 5 years of experience in similar position – Fluent in English – Must be based in UAE The budget for the role is AED 12-15k p/m + medical.
