Network Engineer
Location: Dubai
Duration: Contract
An award-winning, leading IT solutions company based in Dubai is looking for a Network Engineer.
Job Descriptions:
- Extensive knowledge in network and security technologies,
- Oversee the SD-WAN managed service for customers, ensuring that configurations are optimized;
- Provide insights and recommendations regarding customers’ networks and their optimization;
- Manage customer’s configurations and execute changes or developments in their network or applications;
- Perform troubleshooting and incident management for high-priority issues, and ensure that they are resolved within the time frames set by service level agreements;
- Handle customers’ technical enquiries as well as service-related enquiries;
Requirements
- Education in Computer Engineering, Information Systems engineering or a relevant discipline;
- Certification in networking, such as CCNA or CCNP, or other qualifications.
- Strong proficiency in network routing protocols, as well as network security technologies;
- Experience in software-defined networks and cloud-based security solutions would be an advantage;
