Based in a fantastic modern office in Dubai Marina, you will prospect our third-party Oracle and SAP support and maintenance services to organisations across the GCC region, and close large complex deals with enterprise organisations.

About the role:

As one of our valued Sales Executives, you will be responsible for generating, developing, and closing your own sales pipeline. The GCC region is hungry for Oracle and SAP third-party support, so you will focus strongly on prospecting and building a high-quality pipeline of sales opportunities.

Your focus will be on getting in front of key C-level stakeholders to pitch our Oracle and SAP support services. You’ll be tasked with outlining the benefits of switching to our third-party support model and highlighting the massive savings that this delivers.

The majority of your time will be spent engaging with decision makers, both remotely and in person. You will dedicate your time to developing relationships, understanding the prospects requirements in detail, and demonstrating how Support Revolution is best placed to provide our support services.

This role is based in our fantastic Dubai Marina office.

What you’ll be doing:

We replace Oracle and SAP in the support cycle, so you will be selling an alternative support solution to install-based customers.

Support Revolution is one of only three organisations worldwide that offer this service, ensuring every customer receives a better quality of support while saving a minimum of 50% on support costs. Not only does this give you a great market to prospect to, but also a very realistic chance of hitting – and exceeding – your OTE.

No day is the same at Support Revolution, but you will find yourself:

• Continuously generating and driving a strong and healthy pipeline
• Hunting and prospecting for new business across the region
• Engaging with C-level executives and booking meetings – on-site and remotely – to pitch our support and maintenance services
• Closing high-value deals with enterprise organisations
• Achieving (and hopefully exceeding!) company set sales KPIs and revenue targets
• Being the trusted advisor to key C-Level executives
• Leading all aspects of the sales cycle from start to finish
• Using Salesforce CRM to enrich our customer database and report sales cycles progress
• Using sales prospecting tools and methodologies to drive outbound activities

What we’re looking for:

A willingness to learn is key to thriving in this role. We will provide you with first-class training and content to train you in all aspects of selling third-party maintenance and support, which you will then put into practice. Experience of being in a predominantly hunting focused sales role is vital, as is experience of running meetings with prospects and closing sales deals. On top of this, we are looking for:

• Experience in predominantly new business sales, with a hunger to sell to large, enterprise organisations
• Experience focusing strongly on prospecting and lead generation
• The hunger, drive, and commercial ambition to learn and sell a market-leading solution
• An over-achiever mindset – targets are there to be broken!
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets/quotas
• Proficient in presenting and sales forecasting
• Proven experience in new business acquisition
• Be able to take responsibility for the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing
• Flexibility to visit prospects, as well as attend events across the GCC region
