We have an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager working within our Joint Replacement Division.

This is a hybrid position, based in Dubai where you will have responsibility for the MEA Region.

Candidates must have a medical device background and ideally an excellent knowledge of the local market.

What you will do:

• Responsibility for MEA region
• Provide support to Marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
• Develop, drive and has ownership in central and local tactics, actions and campaigns to drive business results
• Perform sales and marketing analysis, has a lead function at trade shows, literature development, online educational platform tools, online courses, presentations or publicity
• Gather internal and external market insights, learning trends etc. for continuous improvement and to share with stakeholders
• Develop and execute education plans, providing sales trainings developing roadmaps and driving new product launches
• Develop sales tools, customer engagement programs, events and drives marketing campaign execution (central role)
• Allocate and manage the budget in alignment with strategic priorities
• Provide direct sales support in the field

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Fluent in English and preferably Arabic
• Preferred localization of candidate: Dubai
• MBA preferred
• 4+ years of work experience required
• 2+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
