To generate new prospects for equipment rental & leasing with an objective of maintaining / increasing market share of the company.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Responsibilities & Tasks:
1. Identify the right prospects / potential clients for heavy equipment rental in the assigned area / sector. Then approach them professionally in order to close the deal.
2. Maintain & develop excellent relationship with existing clients as well as new ones.
3. Communicate with the potential & existing clients verbally, by mail and over the phone in order to ensure a smooth running of the selling cycle.
4. Arrange clients visit / meetings in order to gain in-depth understanding for their needs.
5. Analyze & identify the client’s needs and then try to present them the most appropriate solutions.
6. Try to maintain client’s data-base and update it periodically.
Study/ learn product knowledge.
7. Periodically, monitor the availability of the products in the company yard / stocks.
8. Generate sales reports that reflects the products availability.
9. Meet the sales target as assigned by the management.
10. Attend weekly sales meeting, and present his report professionally Liaise. between transport department & plant service department to ensure a smooth delivery of the rented equipment.
11. Arrange orders, delivery & invoices and follow up on related payments.
Minimum Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience:
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.
Advance training or education in Sales &Marketing functions is an additional point.
Minimum Five (5) or more years of experience in the same roles required.

Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Ability to problem-solve issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e.,Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook specifically), and database uses.
Must be honest, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
Possess industry & market knowledge and knows who is who in the market.
Should have good knowledge about players / competitors in the market
Must be organized and able to handle multipletasks.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Willingness to accommodate requests for support outside of regular business hours on occasion, with appropriate notice.
