Job Information:
We are looking for a team leader for the position of Team Leader, Battery Metals in the Mining & Metals Technology group to be responsible for the management and strategy development of the battery materials technology team (Battery Metals Technology). As a team leader, you act as a front person for a small technology team, which consists of professionals in hydro metallurgy and battery material technology. The tasks include:
- Leading the team and ensuring smooth working of the members in customer projects
- Ensuring the work quality of the tasks together with the project organisations
- Team resourcing
- Systematic development of the team’s skills and work methods
- The job also includes process planning and project work in your own areas of strength and, if possible, sales
Job Experience:
- More than 3 years of experience in process planning in demanding industrial investment projects
- Education suitable for the position, such as a master’s degree in metallurgy, chemical or process engineering
- Good interpersonal and interaction skills
- Active and solution-oriented working approach
- Organisational and delegation skills
- A motivated and development-oriented attitude
- Safety-oriented thinking
- Fluent oral and written English
