Hunt, identify and attract the best talents while developing cooptation and school partnerships
Challenge and assess candidates in pre-qualification by telephone and then in face-to-face or video interview
Work closely with business and technical teams
Follow and engage candidates throughout the recruitment process until the signing of their contract!
Guarantee a high-level candidate experience throughout the process and integration within the company
Job Experience:
- Master the hunting techniques on LinkedIn recruiter
- Ability to manage the entire candidate recruitment process from A to Z
- Ability to ensure a qualitative follow-up during the processes and once the consultants are on mission
- Strong interest in cross-functional HR projects for employer branding, school relations
