Job Description:
- Check and validate the attachments contradictorily with the company,
- Ensure that the conformity of the work situations in relation to the attachment,
- Possibly take measurements in the field at the request of the project manager,
- Determine the quantities of materials and the time required to complete each item,
- Make proposals to improve quality and reduce costs,
- Consult suppliers, compare prices, negotiate,
- Possibly establish the quantitative estimates,
- Supervise the construction site, ensuring that deadlines and costs are respected.
Job Requirements:
- Having a quantity surveyor diploma,
- 3+ years of experience in the same position,
- Understand the technical and financial issues of a project,
- Master computer tools (Excel, Autocad, etc.),
- Mastering measurement software,
