Job Description:
As a operator you are correct and firm and you like open communication.
You dare to make decisions and maintain an overview of the department.
You are steadfast and stress resistant. You have good analytical insight and intervene where necessary.
You also enjoy taking your team to the next level.
Coordinating and managing the production process in the relevant department. Representing personnel matters. Ensuring that the products from the department meet the specifications and food safety requirements.
Job Requirements:
You are in possession of an operator B or C diploma and you have HBO work and thinking level;
You are in possession of a safety certificate
You can act decisively with regard to quality, logistics, production, environment and safety You have a flexible attitude;
You have experience with leadership (coaching, training, motivation, guidance and employment conditions) You have good communication skills
