URGENT HIRING SALES MANAGER Secondary Markets

Sales managers lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team .

In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team. Previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge of real estate secondary market
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• The ongoing training of your salespeople.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
• Plan to develop new leads and increase sales for the company.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree
• RERA card
• Driving license
• Go-getter attitude
• Effective communicator

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
