Ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their dining experience.
· Upsell menu items and promotions to increase revenue.
· Check the quality of food and beverages before serving them to customers.
· Handle any customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with poise and efficiency.
· Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
· Present menus to guests and answer any questions they may have about menu items.
· Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
· Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests’ tables.
