• Prepare schedules and action plans to identify specific targets.
• Follow up with leads and referrals generated from online.
• Identify leads and contact them.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Counseling clients for Canada and Europe over the call.
• Keep regular follow up with clients for the process.
• The consultation will be by email and telephone.
• Present and market immigration services to current and potential clients.
• Pro-actively monitoring changes to various Immigration regulations.
• Communicating with clients and understanding their process requirements.
• Helping clients in gathering and submitting the required documents.
• Reviewing the submitted documents.
• Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration laws.
• Keeping clients up-to-date with their file status and communicating any foreseeable delays.
• Documenting all calls on CRM.
• Handle client queries via emails and telephone.

Job Specification:

• Motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team.
• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills (written and oral) and negotiation skills.
• Must be energetic and focused and should be from immigration sales and Able to provide a high level of customer service.
• Languages: English, Hindi, (Punjabi as an added advantage).
• Sales: Minimum 2 years (Required). Immigration experience is an added advantage.
• Candidates should be available locally.
• Immediate Joiner.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
