The fragrance brands portfolio is composed of Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, Serge Lutens and
Tory Burch.

- Narciso Rodriguez is the expression of “the eternal feminine”, an attitude that is both classic
and modern, a subtle combination of sensuality and effortless delicacy. Well established in the
Middle-East, the brand is on an acceleration path.
- Serge Lutens is a pioneer luxury perfume and makeup brand, which personal approach to
beauty spans multiple fields, from cosmetics, perfumes, and photography to film and literature.
The brand was just launched in Saudi Arabia last year and will be rolled out in other key
countries this year.
- Issey Miyake is a visionary artist and creator, constantly in search of the essential through
innovation, his olfactory vision goes beyond perfume, reminding us that nature is the ultimate
source of inspiration and influence on our emotions. The brand has strong local positions to
maintain in focus countries and retailers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement the marketing plan for the market
- Define Full 360 plans for all activities developed in the market
- Responsible for budget definition, tracking, and expenses – to be shared with the Regional team
- Implementation of the in-store marketing animation plan/guidelines from the Regional
team/Merchandising
- Reporting the performance and monthly launch to the Regional team
- Conducts monthly reports on customer & sales analysis, shopper insights, and traffic in the store
- Observe customer feedback
- Responsible for data collection and coordination
- Manage podium bookings and implementation (permits, coordination for artworks and staff, etc)
- Manage advertising opportunities with malls
- Manage and take responsibility for any promotional permits/mall permits/police permits and
follow-ups
- Coordinate with the legal team on any legal contracts which involve GM’s approval for costs and
follow up upon receiving contracts
- Responsible for instore events planning and execution
- Analyze and implement sponsorship and collaboration opportunities
- Understand store needs and deliver adjusted plans
- Responsible for direct communication with stores and Area Supervisors for campaigns and other
marketing related issues
- Coordinate with the regional team for specific PR and Digital activations related to the market
- Responsible for any new store openings, photoshoot’s for interior and other related works
- Accomplish the defined KPI to leverage the business
PROFILE:
- Experience of at least 3 years in marketing roles with luxury beauty brands, knowledge of
skincare or make-up category is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Middle East market and consumers of this region
- Success record in managing 360° marketing plans execution
- Experience adapting to challenges, fostering a culture of excellence, and guiding communications
with Shiseido’s main stakeholders: local markets distributors and retailers
- Ability to collaborate with the internal stakeholders in Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance
teams
- Dynamic, positive thinking, analytical skills.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Proficient communication in English, and Arabic is a plus.
