The Job Opportunity
The purpose of this role is to provide the Contract with a cohesive support service that promotes the timely delivery of operations and cost recovery, supporting all designated internal/external contacts and communications, and providing administrative support to the site management team
Key accountabilities Interface with senior management within MELAB and externally in a professional, effective manner Provide assistance in the scheduling of meetings and appointments, maintenance of files and records, data updating, preparation of various correspondences and business reports Provide assistance in in preparing materials for presentations including proofreading & formatting documents, charts, tables, graphs, plans, etc Ensure that written correspondence and internal letters are distributed to the concern department/people Coordinates company events to make sure it runs smoothly and successfully, managing details like location, selecting menus, accommodation and transportation Manage general office administration of the client’s offices as assigned to Serco To provide timely and effective administrative support as in when required
What we are looking for in our candidates: Highly creative and innovative. Excellent English communication skills with the ability to communicate within multiple levels of the organisation. Strong presentation skills. Extremely organized with strong time management skills. Good in digital marketing Confident in dealing with the stakeholders and leadership team
Specific requirements Ideally a degree holder in business management administration or communications or any related discipline. Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Power Bi) – proficient in word processing, developing presentations, reports and compiling documents into standard formats. 1-2 years minimum experience in managing/coordinating contract support activities in complex and challenging operational environments Extensive knowledge of a multi-culture organization; know who the key personnel are (both external and internal) and able to understand the organisation’s aims and objectives. Appropriate experience within a contract support function within a highly competitive and commercial environment. Commercial/marketing/social media management background experience is an advantage. Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green / Black Belt preferred.
