Easy Wedding. One of the largest wedding & events companies in the Gulf is looking for a new Customer Service / Administrative assistant.
A few things you need to be aware of before applying
- Candidate should have 3-5 years of proven experience in customer service or administrative position
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Non-negotiable skills: English
– Main missions
- What you’ll do: Prepare and assist our customers during their civil / legal wedding
- Do you find it easy to communicate with people and are customer-oriented and promote networking and socializing? Are you passionate about helping people during the beginning of their new journey? If you value collaborative team efforts and high creative output, Easy wedding may be the place for you!
– Tasks & Responsibilities
- Handle the reception of documents;
- Carefully review documents prior to the wedding to confirm compliance with local regulations;
- Setup a simple & efficient welcome process to great our customers during the wedding day;
- Assist our customers during all the steps of the weddings;
- Follow up the wedding documents after the legal ceremony
– Ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus;
- Work experience in sales not less than 3 years ;
- Having knowledge and skills of customer service;
- Past experience in hospitality;
- Good communication skills with English proficiency;
- Experience in customer relationship management;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Creativity and team spirit, attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Speaking French or another language is an advantage;
- Extroverted ones with strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Having a car is a plus

- Offices: Tbilisi (Georgia) & Dubai (UAE)
- Team: 10+ person full time, 20+ part-time, friendly environment
- Salary + bonus + incentive
- Position can be: part time or full time
