Driver Safety Trainer

Job Location : Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive driver safety training sessions for individuals and corporate clients.
• Develop and deliver engaging and informative presentations on defensive driving techniques, road rules, and best practices.
• Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different client groups, such as new drivers, commercial drivers, or fleet operators.
• Utilize various instructional methods, including classroom instruction, interactive discussions, and practical demonstrations.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to participants to enhance their driving skills and address any areas of improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and technology advancements related to driver safety.
• Collaborate with the training team to develop new curriculum materials and enhance existing training programs.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the training sessions and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Driver Safety Trainer or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, and road safety best practices.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with trainees and create a positive learning environment.
• Patience and empathy when working with individuals at different skill levels and backgrounds.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to adapt training content to suit varying client needs and training formats.
• Proficient computer skills, including the use of multimedia tools and training software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
