Statistical Forecasting Planner – Internship for 9 to 12 months

Key Accountabilities:

• Full Roll-out of statistical forecast across major Group 1 markets in AMEA (13-15 markets)
• Support Statistical Forecast Project Lead in setting up market statistical forecast bootcamps
• Assist markets in the portfolio categorization methodology exercise
• Coordinate with market supply chain business partners in outlier identification, historical data cleansing, and identification of best-fit statistical forecast
• Update best-fit statistical forecast in Kinaxis (with the support of Global COE)
• Manage and monitor country Stat Forecast KPIs (Stat forecast MAPE, Stat Forecast Adherence, Stat Forecast adoption)
• Design reports (through SC Eye, Other tools) to monitor statistical forecast KPIs

Education and Experience:

Specific Degree, Duration of Experience (Minimum Requirements):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, Statistics, Supply chain-related courses, or mathematics
• Experience in Statistical Forecasting/Demand Planning preferred

Key Technical Competencies:

• Good understanding of the overall business cycle and interfaces of the manufacturing & supply chain process, integration with the overall business, and integration of the systems and data flows
• Knowledge of Kinaxis / Statistical Forecasting Tools a plus

Soft Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to challenge, negotiate, influence, advise and advocate in a constructive manner.
• Ability to lead transversal activities.

Tools:

• Proficient computer skills: ERP, MS Office
