Role and Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain data dashboards for the Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Consumer Offer department, providing performance and trend data in a meaningful actionable way
- Database management and ad-hoc reporting as needed by various business units
- Responsible for business analytics through all phases, including data identification, sourcing, collection, analysis, and visualization
- Improve reporting automation via macros or tools.
- Data visualization: Analyze large datasets, identify patterns, trends, or problematic areas and present them in an understandable format via reports in PPT or Word format
Skills and Qualifications
Essential skills and Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure & language skills)
- 2+ years of experience in data science and research.
- Background in statistics, mathematics, computer science and methodologies.
- Innovative and strategic approach in reporting business analytics.
- Ability to visualize highly complex mathematical analytics and trends in understandable charts or infographics.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and technical skills to seek sophisticated problems in various situations
- Familiarity with multiple platforms, tools, and methodologies in the reporting of data management and advanced analytics space such as GFK, IDC, BAIN, and other institutes.
- Extensive knowledge of database technologies such as Bigdata, VBA, SQL, Macro, and professional usage of Excel functions and Python, R languages are plus.
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal in English – able to present complex analytics to an executive audience.
