Job Description:
Responsible for managing the company’s marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Reports marketing and sales results to the Management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Plan and strategize for the company on a quarterly basis to generate more qualified leads
2. Website management
3. Social media management
4. Copywriting and content management
5. PR and corporate communications
6. Hiring and managing the performance of the junior marketing team
7. Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors
8. Overseeing all marketing content and campaigns
9. Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the Management
10. Building KPI’s and ensuring they are achieved
11. Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies
12. Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment
