My client are a leading multi national in the region. They are looking for a Talent Manager to oversee all Change, OD and Employment Engagement.
This a key strategic role that requires someone that has developed and led talent management programs across large workforces
The ideal candidate should be able to build and execute a fully integrated L&D program for various levels of leadership and is able to collaborate with business heads to ensure best practices are undertaken.
This role will require someone to look at the Organizational Development within the business and roll out new intiatives for overall business improvement.
The ideal candidate will have experience of Change Management within a large organization
