Civil Engineer

Job Location : UAE

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Follow up the working sites and deploy the requested manpower.
• Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards .
• Organizing materials and coordinate between sites and factory.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports and coordinate with consultant engineer .
• Attend the site / technical project meetings .
• Follow and apply the technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Submit daily and weekly reports for the projects and manpower.
• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
• Verify all the overtime and attendance sheets to all operation team including foreman and labors .
• Give instructions to the site foreman and follow up the implementation
