Job Description

· Fulfill order requests on E commerce platforms like Amazon, Noon, Carrefour etc

· List products on E commerce platforms

· Maintain customer relations on these platforms

· Product Photography and Editing (Photoshop)

· Maintain company accounts on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

· Plan and execute Facebook ads

· Follow-up on returns, payments, and issues related to order requests on E-Commerce platforms

· Create basic catalogs when required

· Create emails for email marketing

· Co-ordinate with different branches to ensure smooth delivery to customers

· Plan and execute content-related changes on website, whenever required

Job Type: Full-time

Note : Person will be responsible for entire e-commerce operations such as online sales,marketing till delivery coordination with logistics team and feedback from the cx.
