Job Description:
 Establish and enhance document control processes for organized handling and archiving of documents.
 Handle project documents for multiple projects, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
 Thoroughly review design documents to maintain brand consistency and integrity.
 Develop and manage document templates for future use.
 Prepare progress reports, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure CEO approvals while upholding confidentiality and efficient document retrieval.

Qualifications:
 35 years old and below
 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a relevant field preferred.
 Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Design Document Controller or office manager role in a design/construction/real estate developer company.
 Must be familiar with design project management processes, workflow management, and document control tools.
 Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of software for Document Management Systems (DMS) is an advantage
