Role and Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Sales Deduction Claim Management:
- Sales Deduction overdue management
- Claim verification, processing and approvals “Strict, with quality and on-time”
- Ensuring that the invoice received by partners/retailers comply with company’s overall policy.
- Coordination between Sales Team, Retailers/Partners
- Follow-up missing sell-out promotion evidences from the related parties
- Claim lead-time monitoring and management
Reports:
- Daily claim overdue status report
- Monthly customer reconciliation review report
- Sales Deduction Process Training to customers, as required
Skills and Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of working experience
- Post Graduate degree in business management or ACCA is an advantage
- With accounting background will be a plus
- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated and being able to work under minimum supervision
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Willing to work overtime whenever required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Mgmt. /Accounting.
