Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Sales Deduction Claim Management:

  • Sales Deduction overdue management
  • Claim verification, processing and approvals “Strict, with quality and on-time”
  • Ensuring that the invoice received by partners/retailers comply with company’s overall policy.
  • Coordination between Sales Team, Retailers/Partners
  • Follow-up missing sell-out promotion evidences from the related parties
  • Claim lead-time monitoring and management

Reports:

  • Daily claim overdue status report
  • Monthly customer reconciliation review report
  • Sales Deduction Process Training to customers, as required

Skills and Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of working experience
  • Post Graduate degree in business management or ACCA is an advantage
  • With accounting background will be a plus
  • Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
  • Self-motivated and being able to work under minimum supervision
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Willing to work overtime whenever required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Mgmt. /Accounting.
