The Role
Position Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A shipping company based in Dubai that operates across 14 countries Job Role: • Be the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of the Group CEO • Coordinate all Executive team meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed • Liaise with clients, suppliers, advisors, shareholders, intercompany directors, and other staff • Proficient in MS office, dealing with correspondence, writing emails/letters and corporate documentations/SOP’s/policies, taking dictation, typing minutes and meeting reports • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports • Provide event management, flight & hotel booking, and travel management support as requested for CEO and guests/family • Provide sophisticated organizational skills for the CEO. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements

Requirements
Requirements: • Open to Scandinavian, Eastern European and Asian nationalities • Female, 40 years old and below • 5 years of relative experience in the shipping/logistics industry, is an advantage How to Apply: Send your CV online.
