The Customer service coordinator is an active participant of business process for a freight forwarding company. As a member of the team, you will be primarily responsible for handling customer queries in a professional and timely manner. Flexible to handle calls out of non-working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills:
· Must be from freight forwarding industry.
· At least 2 years UAE experience as a Customer Service coordinator.
· Must be fluent in English.
· Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: AED 3500 – AED 4500 with Food and accommodation provided
