The Customer service coordinator is an active participant of business process for a freight forwarding company. As a member of the team, you will be primarily responsible for handling customer queries in a professional and timely manner. Flexible to handle calls out of non-working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
• Handling all day-to-day logistics processes.
• Getting quotes from various service providers and preparing a comparison sheet.
• Offering excellent customer service to client/s.
• Displaying extensive product / service knowledge.
• Following up with stakeholders (client & service providers).
• Promoting the vision of the organization.
• Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and reporting findings to the staff.
• Handling customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Flexible to handle calls out of non-working hours.

Required Skills:

· Must be from freight forwarding industry.

· At least 2 years UAE experience as a Customer Service coordinator.

· Must be fluent in English.

· Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills.
