Robert Half is working on an exclusive basis with a leading international law firm based in Dubai. Operating globally, they act as a trusted partner to some of the most distinguished companies, resolving their most complex legal challenges.
The business is well established in the region and they are keen to appoint an experienced Receptionist who will be an integral part of their business. You will provide extensive support to the business.
The Role
- General maintenance of the office
- Greeting visitors
- Liaising with government entities
- General HR for the office
- Diary management and travel arrangement for senior team
The Candidate
- Fluent in English – Arabic is a plus
- Experience coordinating an office
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to manage a heavy and complex workload
Salary and Benefits
12,000-16,000 AED per month, plus company benefits
