JOB SUMMARY

A Technical Recruiter is a Human Resource specialist that leads the staffing of technical positions within an organization. A Technical Recruiter assess potential hires with technical knowledge. Someone with deep insight into the needs of the company and a specialized understanding of technial positions.

An HR/Admin Executive is assigned in the proper planning, documenting and reporting of the company’s information and documents by keeping the daily updates of records for the employees and the company.

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES for Technical Recruiter

• Liase with HR-UAE to have a full-scale understanding of hiring requirements and available positions within the company/ client.
• Lead in the creation of Technical JD for any requirements, if necessary. Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Posting job requirements in all recruitment platforms such as (Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin, etc.)
• Assigned to answer any queries via calls and/or emails for interested candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both onsite and offshore.
• Conduct initial technical and brief interview process.
• Proper filing and editing of the candidate’s CV as per company’s format.
• Identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring staff to set technical requirements.
• Collect required documents for verification of the candidate.
• Ensure proper negotiation, in line with the company’s norms and budget provided.
• Coordinating the onboarding for new hires.
• Making sure the necessary paperwork for pre-employment is completed and organized promptly and accurately.
