We’re currently on the lookout for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with customer enquiries and quotations. The role will be based in our Dubai office and focus on timely support to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Take customer calls and monitor company sales inbox
• Maintain company customer relationship management (CRM) database
• Fulfil customer enquiries and information requests
• Produce high quality quotations and tender proposals
• Complete contract review process as required
• Communicate company product and service offering effectively
• Support marketing and customer engagement activities
• Sales related document control and administration
• Other related duties as defend by management from time to time

Requirements

Education & training:

• High school education
• Degree qualification advantageous but not essential

Technical requirements:

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident working in a fast paced environment
• Competent working with MS Office and other applications

Experience:

• Customer service, marketing or administration – 3 years minimum
