We’re currently on the lookout for a HR Manager to be based in our Dubai office and act as the primary focal point for all HR matters, supporting development of a strong company culture.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary focal point for all HR matters
• Support resource planning for new projects
• Carry out recruitment – advertising positions, sourcing and screening candidates
• Manage employment contracts and service agreements
• Manage onboarding process for new starts
• Organise and mobilise on-site service personnel
• Manage company competency system
• Identify and coordinate employee training
• Carry out performance review cycle
• Support finance colleagues with payroll queries
• Develop strong company culture
• Provide progress reports to management
• Acquire and develop company and industry knowledge
• Acquire and develop human resource management knowledge
• Other tasks from time to time in line with company strategy

Requirements

Education & training:

• Relevant degree qualification

Technical requirements:

• Strong communication skills and confident, outgoing personality
• Strong MS Office suite skills
• Oil & gas industry knowledge advantageous

Experience:

• Previous experience in a human resources management role
• Knowledge and ability to prioritise own workload effectively and work independently
