Rentokil Boecker® Human Resources Senior Officer is held accountable for the below job responsibilities:

• Promote and maintain Rentokil Boecker® Corporate Culture.
• Communicate to and advise employees Rentokil Boecker® human resource policies, procedures, standards, in addition to local labor laws, and other government regulations.
• Assist in setting the Manpower Planning Strategy.
• Perform recruitment activities following Rentokil Boecker® standardized recruitment policy and SOP.
• Organize the onboarding of all new joiners and provide Rentokil Boecker® Orientation.
• Handle the organizational exit process.
• Support and follow up on the implementation of Rentokil Boecker® Performance Management System.
• Support internal stakeholders at all levels in the organization on HR matters.
• Identify and participate in validating training needs assessment.
• Facilitate, provide and evaluate training programs.
• Support HR manager in conducting a detailed local salary survey, analyzing data and suggesting improvements.
• Collaborate with HODs on handling employee challenges, difficulties, grievances and disciplinary actions when and where necessary.
• Coordinate health, life and work accident insurance enrollments and communicate with service providers concerning routine administration of program
• Maintain an effective employee record management, electronic archiving system, organization charts and HR reports.
• Respond to employee needs, inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure attendance policy is respected by everyone and take appropriate action where needed.
• Maintain and coordinate employee recognition programs.
• Coordinate Team Building and social activities.
• Maintain data integrity on all Rentokil Boecker® systems, forms and reports.
