Our client is a leading consultant made up of seasoned professionals within the real estate company. With a on long established reputation in the regional market, they advise clients across the MENA region covering all real estate classes including residential, office, hospitality, education, and mixed-use developments. The team partners with developers, investment companies, and the government to deliver actionable development and real estate investment strategies aligned with prevailing and forecasted market conditions.
Key activies include:
- Analyse clients’ real estate portfolios and develop strategies and plans to achieve long-term operational and financial goals
- Perform complex feasibility studies and develop creative approaches that will allow our clients to maximise the value of their real estate portfolios
- Prepare reports.
- Keep up to date with wider market trends across the region.
- Support the leadership in the development of new business opportunities and identify areas for growth
- Support in the management and development of the team with the overall goal of improving performance
Key requirments include:
- 3+ years of real estate related experience, ideally within consulting.
- Degree educated is a must. Ideally with a MBA or similar.
- Strong background and proven experience with portfolio strategy / planning and financial analysis
- Proficiency in finance and accounting concepts, as well as financial modelling.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information
