Operations Director | Dubai | Casual Dining Food Concept
We are looking for experienced OPERATIONS DIRECTOR to join the team of a fast growing casual dining food concept.
The stores are spread through Dubai and Abu Dhabi and are known for their fresh and seasonal food, presented with style.
Job Summary:
- Oversee all stores
- Train management team
- P&L
- Recruitment and Selection
Experience and Skills required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality operations – FINE DINING RESTAURANT BACKGROUND IS A NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT
- Excellent training skills
- Good communication in English
- Self-motivated and detail orientated
- Very good operational knowledge of restaurant systems
- Good time management skills
Start: ASAP, subject to visa process
Salary package:
- AED 25000 – 30000 All Inclusive
- Medical insurance
- visa and flight to Dubai
- any additional benefits will be discussed during the interview.
