Responsibilities:

• Lead the R&D development teams
• Coaching / mentoring the team leaders
• Work closely with Product and Operations departments
• Establish and improve the development lifecycle from product to delivery
• Recruit, retain and develop top talent engineers

Requirements:

• At least 8+ years of experience in the software industry
• At least 5 years of managerial experience (team of 10-15 people)
• At least 3 years experience with SQL and no-SQL DB like Elasticsearch, Mongo DB
• Knowledge in JavaScript including OOP, prototyping
• Knowledge in Node.js, React / Angular
• Experience with highly scaled production environment
• Knowledge in Agile development methodology
• Ability to write and review high-performance, maintainable, reusable code
• Knowledge and understanding cloud systems , AWS- advantage
• Payments experience – advantage
• Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering
• Fluent English
