Position Title: Business Development
Function: Business Development, Business Analytics, Project Management
Travel required: Mainly within UAE and GCC for Customer Visits (50 PERCENT )
The position requires close working with the senior leadership of the company and be responsible for driving business growth with clearly defined Financial performance indicators. Also, will be responsible for developing a network of contacts to attract new clients and projects, research new market opportunities and monitor and track projects in the sectors the company is focused.
The successful candidate must be proactive, able to multitask, work under pressure, dedicated to growth, and able to work at a fast pace and flexible with working hours.
The role will involve
Working with management by driving market research to identify new opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Monitor industry trends and market conditions
Competitor analysis with benchmarking
Pre-qualification, preparation of Bids, tenders, sales offers
Collate, review, Analyze and provide insight of internal reports.
Travel (regional) for various business development activities
The ideal candidate
Masters in Business Administration. Civil/Mech/Industrial Engineering would be preferred
Be a self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial and business acumen
Should have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders quickly.
Strong Analytical and leadership skills.
Proven decision making and problem solving skills
Should have a track record of delivering consistent results under tight deadlines tight deadlines
Fluent in English. Multilingual – Arabic or other international languages is advantageous.
Valid driving license required
