We are currently is looking for a Administrative Assistant / Receptionist with at least 3 years’ experience to join us in Dubai immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
1. General office management
2. Set-up and maintain a well-organized filing systems
3. Handle all telephone calls and emails
4. Assist all employees for all related HR matters
5. Handle all confidential documents and information
6. Provide back-up support for all operations and other related duties as assigned
Skills:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Strong organizational and office administration skills
3. Ability to work under-pressure
4. Multitasking and prioritization skills
Qualifications:
1. Preferably Bachelor’s Degree
2. At least 3 years related similar experience
3. Computer proficiency
