Rakhat Properties is looking for Admin/PRO to join our new company.
– 2-3 Years of Real Estate Property Management Coordinator/Admin Experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Hands-on experience of managing and coordinating real estate workarounds
– Can competently draft legal-related documents such as MOUS, Addendums, Contracts, NDAs, etc.
– Perfect Knowledge of Trakheesi System and Dubai Rest, Property Advertising Platforms Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle (verification, listings, etc.),
– Preparing Tenancy and Leasing Forms/Agreement/Contracts – MOU and Rent and Sales agreement, undertaking Letters, Propspace, Mycrm and Broker Pad
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Able to work under pressure
– Computer Literate – MS Software and Adobe
– Strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
– Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and PRO works
