We are seeking a new staff member to join our Creative team; we need somebody who can create and edit high quality videos for various media with motion graphics and graphic design skills. Working with our art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design. Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.

Producing strong creative executions that sits within our clients’ brand guidelines and excites consumers, giving us an edge versus our competitors. Work with our talented team of designers and marketers to understand requirements and develop creative solutions. Work as part of a growing, in-house design team partnering closely with the brand and other key teams to produce excellent creative work which is fit for purpose.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering creative work from concept through execution

· Creating and delivering videos for various media with motion graphics

· Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation,

· Editing video footage and adding effects & transitions

· Staying up to date on the latest design techniques & trends

Key Requirements

· You have a degree/diploma in Graphic/Digital Design or related field

• Strong portfolio including video work and graphic design work is a plus

· Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions

· Prior experience as a Video creator/editor and Motion Graphics Designer

· Keen eye for design and aesthetics (typography, colors, effects, transitions, audio..etc.)

· Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas

· Strong team player who can multi-task and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

• Expert knowledge of Creative Suite software programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro etc.)

· Never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft

• An eagerness to collaborate across disciplines with team members at all levels

• Resourcefulness, diligence, and creative problem-solving skills

Experience

• 3-4 years’ experience in graphic/motion design, video creation/editing in an agency/media environment

• Strong Adobe Creative Suite programs knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro etc.)

• Strong understanding of Graphic Design, Motion design and Video creation/editing

• Demonstrate understanding of implementing brand guidelines effectively

• Concept and storyboarding skills

• Highly organized in workflow

• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

• UI/UX is a plus
