We’re expanding and we’ve got a few full-time positions available for professional Motion Graphics Artist/Video Editors with at least 3 years + professional experience in an agency business, creating content across all digital platforms for global brands.

Cool head handling tight turnarounds, professional level skills in Strong Adobe Creative Suite programs knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro etc. with a Strong understanding of Graphic Design, Motion design and Video creation/editing. A skillful storyteller who can turn complex ideas into highly engaging and shareable content through their sense of pacing, design typography, and data visualization.

Wide ranging motion graphics skills are essential, colour grading (not simply throwing on a LUT – the fine tuning too) and audio mixing to broadcast/mastering level essential.

What you will really be doing

Video editing and motion graphics design for trailers, advertisements, banners etc.

Brainstorming and designing concepts for ads to be used on social media platforms and within other countries.

Learning how to produce instantly appealing videos that attract millions of users

· Viewing the results of created content in the real world (on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, what’s app, Instagram, Tik Tok etc. and using this data to create better ads.

Skills and Requirements

Video editing experience, or a degree/diploma in Graphic/Digital Design or related field

Strong communication, interpersonal skills and team player attitude and can clearly articulate your ideas

Knowledge and interest in viral video content and internet culture

Interest in how visual art and creative production can influence consumer behaviour

Self-motivated, Strong team player who can multi-task and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and able to ideate and execute tasks on your own with accountability

Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions

Prior experience as a Video creator/editor and Motion Graphics Designer

Keen eye for design and aesthetics (typography, colors, effects, transitions, audio.etc.)

Expert knowledge of Creative Suite software programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro etc.)

Never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft

An eagerness to collaborate across disciplines with team members at all levels

Resourcefulness, diligence, and creative problem-solving skills

Demonstrate understanding of implementing brand guidelines effectively

Concept and storyboarding skills

Highly organized in workflow

Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

UI/UX is a plus.

A strong portfolio, demonstrating video/motion design work. Showreel is a must.

Great understanding of digital delivery for film. As well as being able to edit videos from scratch you must be familiar with understanding and working with other people’s video projects. This includes creating cut-downs, subtitling, translations, and reformatting video edits fit for various social media formats.

Should love innovation in the latest video & motion graphics techniques.

Robust audio/music design and strong understanding of layout & type.

Software Specific

Premiere Pro. Must have professional experience of the software & how it can be used to tell great stories through video editing.

After Effects. Must understand how to make great animated content & how the software links with other Adobe software for seamless workflows.

Strong Adobe Creative Suite programs knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro etc. You will have a good understanding of these to create storyboards & work with assets/type from their wider design team.
