Project Manager – HR Systems Implementation
Contract: 6-12 months
Start Date: ASAP
Work Location: Dubai, UAE. Applicants must already be located inside the UAE to be considered for this assignment.
Industry: Oil & Gas, upstream
This is a contract assignment for an international, upstream oil & gas business who operate mainly offshore projects. They require a Project Manager who has a proven track record of hands on managing and delivering HR system implementations.
Profile:
15+ years experience in HR.
Expertise in carrying out HR systems implementations and experience with HR process life cycles.
Oil & Gas experience, with familiarity of offshore and onshore crews
Change Management expertise
MS Dynamics knowledge is considered advantageous but not essential
