Procter & Gamble Hiring for Regional Comptroller Group, Senior Manager Job at Dubai Full Time

Responsible for ensuring regional compliance with both U.S. GAAP and local statutory accounting and reporting guidance. The region controller groups work closely with the regional businesses, market operations, service centers, global policy and process experts and corporate accounting leadership to maintain accounting mastery and provide effective oversight of governance boards and LE stewardship. In addition, the region controller groups are responsible for the E2E regional transfer pricing policy execution. Finally, the region controller groups are responsible for developing and deploying high quality accounting training to the regional F&A organizations.

Qualifications

Requisite skills:

• Qualified accountant with ideally 5 years of experience (can be practice and or industry).
• Strong financial accounting experience.
• Track record for delivering quality reporting within a tight timeframe leveraging reporting tools (SAP, MS Office etc).
• Must have strong communication skills and ability to influence senior management.

Minimum F&A Skill Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent degree

• Strong Business process excellence and communication skills
• Good knowledge in Organization & Culture Leadership, Accounting, Governance, Business Strategy & Planning, Internal Audit, and Tax
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• English fluency
