Our client is a technology solutions provider and as part of their growth, we are hiring a PHP / Laravel backend developer with a minimum of 3 years’ PHP/Laravel / CodeIgniter experience.

The role is responsible for managing back-end services and develop server-side logic.

Role Summary

Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.

Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.

Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.

Integration of data storage solutions.

Ensure smooth operations of web processes and infrastructure.

Create documentation for development.

Mandatory Skills & Experience Required

Strong grasp of design patterns, SOLID and clean code principles.

Strong PHP and Laravel development skills.

Good knowledge of API design.

Good knowledge of unit testing and documentation.

Good knowledge of MySQL & NoSQL.

Good knowledge of application & data security.

Good knowledge of versioning with Git and continuous integration tools & processes.

Good knowledge of system / application performance monitoring.

Demonstrated ability to understand varied requirements and present appropriate solutions.

Candidate Profile

Fluent in English

A strong sense of self-motivation, self-sufficiency, accountability and meeting deadlines.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
