Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain course materials (presentation content, student and instructor guides, demo scripts, hands-on exercises, assessments and certification exam scenarios, and narration scripts).
• Implementing the right methodology and style in conducting the live classes for the students/clients/corporates.
• Be able to handle a class /online training and also corporate training
• Working with each student/aspirant closely to understand their knowledge gap and helping them close it by conducting various exercises.
• Setting the right assessment tools to measure the understanding of the students.
• Assessing the student feedback and developing an action plan to improvise.

Job Requirements:

• Subject Matter Expertise in Human Resources, Training & Development and softskills
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in educating and training
• HR/Management courses like international business management, quality management, change management, global HR management, strategic management, risk management.
• Softskills courses like Personality Development, Emotional Intelligence, Corporate Etiquettes, Team Building, Debate and Public Speaking, Time Management, Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, Conflict Management, Teamwork, Empathy & Presentation skills etc.
• Education – MBA in HR or related field
• Must have online training experience of minimum 18 months.
• Must be familiar with modern software and tools used in educational and training industry.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Passionate about teaching and educating for the client’s success.
• Must have patience and the right attitude in dealing with student and aspirants
• English & Arabic language trainers are preferred.
