What this position is about – Purpose:
As the RRP Direct-to-Consumer Manager, you will be the driving force behind the translation of brand objectives and strategies into Consumer Experience plans and programs. The responsibilities include the evolution and maintenance of a distinctive and engaging Consumer brand proposition, developing briefs, agency management, and consumer care supervision, while managing alignment with key stakeholders, in line with JTI HQ and Local Management priorities, Brand Guidelines, A&SP Milestones and Legal Requirements.
What will you do – Responsibilities:
Main Brand tone & voice guardian
Act as brand guardian to ensure all communication projects are building toward the broader brand vision and ensure cohesive implementation of the strategy consistently Evolve and maintain a distinctive and engaging consumer brand proposition including visual identity and tone of voice Drive Ploom brand knowledge to ensure key stakeholders are up to date with what our brand positioning is through proactive communication with agencies and internal stakeholders
CE activities planing
Design quality input for the annual plan of consumer activation initiatives, optimizing the route-to-consumer and omnichannel approach (i.e. Campaigns, Events, Ambassador platform, Trade/HoReCa programs, etc.) based on consumer needs and competitive landscape
Brand activation plan execution
Execute the brand activation plan working in close partnership with internal stakeholders (PPO, sales, Legal, HQ), securing an optimal resource allocation in line with defined budget and brand guidelines, constantly re-assessing allocation after careful evaluation of the main KPIs and ROI
Consumer Care
Plan, coordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives
Budget
Execute the budget. Provides input for planning the budget according to the agreed Masterplan Monitor and control the brand budget lines (consumer/ trade activation, own retail & events) regularly in order to ensure optimal ROI
People management
Recruit, train, motivate and guide the professional development of outsourced team reporting directly and indirectly to the position
Who are we looking for – Requirements:
University degree Fundamental knowledge of marketing principles 3-5 years of relevant experience in activation, marketing or trade marketing positions (preferred consumer electronics or consultancy) Fluency in English Leadership and People Management Skills Decision Making, Analysis & Problem-solving Communication & Negotiation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Financial Skills Process/Project Management experience New Product Launches / Development, Brand Communication, Promotional Management Consumer Marketing Knowledge, Business Insight PC skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. SAP
