Job Responsibilities:

· Lead the definition and delivery of large business improvement projects through the application of Lean Six Sigma and project management tools.

· Actively identify potential risks & issues relating to the delivery of projects and manage a resolution process in a timely manner, only escalating major issues.

· Work with business functions to develop and implement data gathering techniques to identify and rank opportunities for continuous improvement.

· Deliver training and provide mentoring support in Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Kaizen and workshop facilitation techniques, while being an exemplar of all of these skills among others.

· Any other duties commensurate with the role.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management or relevant field.

· Ability to track record of delivering business improvement projects at Black Belt Level.

· Minimum 3 years of experience of training Basic to advanced level.

· Possesses a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Qualification.

· Ability to lead a cross functional team.

· Excellent communication and training delivery skills.

· Passionate about teaching and educating for the client’s success.

· Must have patience and the right attitude in dealing with student and aspirants

· English & Arabic language trainers are preferred.
